Agent Installation Diagnostic
When to use the Agent Installation Diagnostic tool
- You've just installed your proVConnect agent but it doesn't show on the server (Make sure that your SSL certificate is activated)
- Your proVConnect agentstopped working and doesn't automatically start at startup
With the Diagnostic tool attached to this ticket, you can :
- Run a full diagnostic on your agent (will detect installation, configuration and networking issues)
- Solve the problems by manual or automatic edition of the provconnect agent settings
- Extract a diagnostic file, that you can send to support@wan-pulse.com
- Restart the agent service
- the diagnostic tool can be run as administrator (right click => run as) [Required to restart the service and live agent configuration]
