Agent Installation Diagnostic


When to use the Agent Installation Diagnostic tool 

  • You've just installed your proVConnect agent but it doesn't show on the server
  • Your proVConnect agent stopped working and doesn't automatically start at startup




With the Diagnostic tool attached to this ticket, you can :

  • Run a full diagnostic on your agent (will detect installation, configuration and networking issues)
  • Solve the problems by manual or automatic edition of the provconnect agent settings 
  • Extract a diagnostic file, that you can send to support@wan-pulse.com
  • Restart the agent service
  • the diagnostic tool can be run as administrator (right click => run as) [Required to restart the service and live agent configuration]
